"Fenella's skill at PR has been immediately evident, bringing us a 30%+
increase in turnover in her first 2 months of work. Our only mistake is
that we should have engaged her sooner!"

Scope Bathroom Interiors
Scope is one of Scotland's top quality bathroom retailers and supplies much of the contracts market. It utilises the services of Fenella Taylor PR to reinforce its position in the contracts and trade market and to raise its profile as a successful bathroom company, both in the media and to its clients.
"Fenella Taylor has shaped a PR programme which genuinely meets the
needs of our business. Scope competes in both the Contract and Retail
sectors, and Fenella has shown a great understanding of the needs of
both areas of business activity, which are quite different.
We have received a very high level of media exposure which has raised
our business profile in a strong, positive manner. In spite of spending
little money on advertising, our name has become well known and our
image has greatly improved. Although a lot of our reputation is down to
customer service, Fenella's PR efforts have undoubtedly been a major
factor in these improvements"

The Loch Lomond Byelaws Campaign
In 2005 the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park proposed amending certain of the current byelaws, most notably imposing a speed restriction of 7mph across nearly half of the Loch. Fenella Taylor PR was engaged to mount a PR campaign against this proposed speed ban.
Through lobbying the media across Scotland, organising stunts to attract publicity and lobbying influential people the campaign attracted widespread media coverage.
From this thorough campaign almost every local Loch user and resident have been made aware of the issues involved and throughout Scotland there has been a huge increase in awareness of the Loch Lomond byelaw review.

Loch Lomond Dragon Boat Challenge
Fenella Taylor PR devised the idea of Chinese Dragon Boat racing on Loch Lomond as a fundraiser in aid of Bobath Scotland, the charity for children with cerebral palsy. In the initial two years publicity was crucial and through celebrities – Sir Jimmy Saville, Carol Smillie and the Blue Peter team – we gained widespread media coverage, including broadcast television, and put both the event and the charity firmly on the Scottish events calendar.
